Relaunched by the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with business and education leaders across the Coachella Valley\, this initiative helps local college students explore real career opportunities right here at home.\n\nAfter achieving tremendous results in past years\, with many graduates now working in local industries\, the program continues to strengthen our region?s talent pipeline and economic future.\n\n	Connects college students with local businesses and professionals\n	Provides hands-on learning\, leadership development\, and mentorship\n	Encourages students to stay and build their careers in the Coachella Valley\n	Offered 100% free to students\n\nTo make this possible\, we rely on generous community sponsors to cover the cost of transportation\, lunches\, snacks\, and supplies for participants.
