The Latino Leadership Committee is a group of Palm Desert Area Chamber members and local business leaders dedicated to supporting, connecting, and empowering the Latino business community throughout the Coachella Valley.

Our purpose is to foster meaningful relationships, encourage business growth, and create opportunities through networking, education, outreach, and community engagement. We work to strengthen connections between businesses, organizations, and the community while celebrating the contributions and diversity of our local Latino community.
