Join us this summer for the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce Lunch & Learn Summer Series - a four-part educational series designed to bring valuable insight, fresh ideas, and meaningful conversations to our business community.
Each session will feature a different guest speaker and topic, offering attendees the opportunity to learn from local leaders and industry professionals on subjects that impact businesses, professional growth, and our community.
Session 2 Title: AI & Technology for Small Businesses
Speaker: Pat Albert- Owner, PD Geeks
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing the way businesses operate, communicate, market, and grow. This session is designed to help small businesses better understand today’s most popular AI platforms and how they can be used in practical, everyday ways to improve efficiency and productivity. Attendees will learn the differences between tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, while exploring how AI can assist with customer service, scheduling, emails, marketing content, social media, and daily business operations.
Understanding AI is becoming increasingly important for businesses of all sizes. Companies that learn how to responsibly and effectively use technology can save time, reduce costs, improve communication, streamline workflows, and stay competitive in an evolving marketplace.
