Founded by husband-and-wife team Josh Boyd, MS, CPT, and Sarah Boyd, MS, RD, the boutique studio offers evidence-based training programs designed to help individuals move better, become stronger, and live healthier lives. Their services include one-on-one personal training, small-group fitness classes, open gym access, exercise therapy, and individualized nutrition counseling from a Registered Dietitian. The newly renovated 3,400-square-foot facility features premium equipment, heart-rate monitoring technology, and a welcoming environment focused on long-term health—not quick fixes.
