Medicare…also known as the alphabet soup of healthcare where Parts A, B, C, and D can often leave us with so many questions. Deductibles, copayments, and coverage gaps turn into riddles, testing the resilience of even the most intelligent and educated senior. This is where I can help.

The truth is that at the intersection of age, health, and government programs, we can find real answers that help preserve, and even strengthen, quality of life during the senior years. My unique 20-year background as a medical billing and operations specialist has given me the insights and tools to translate clinical and technical jargon into plain language, guide insureds through policy and regulation changes, and ensure optimal health insurance coverage for each person. From 2018 to 2020, I also served as a Certified Volunteer Counselor and Regional Community Specialist for the Council on Aging–Southern California as part of the Health Insurance Counseling & Advocacy Program (HICAP).

While my commitment to research and learning helps keep me at the forefront of changes in Medicare, my real passion is for connection and vibrance within our senior communities. I have educated my own +55 community, and they come to me daily with questions and challenges.
