(Mr.) Delray “Del” Peeples, SHRM-CP, is President of DP Human Capital Management LLC, a business consultancy providing strategic human resource guidance and bespoke HR generalist support and solutions. He is a seasoned HR practitioner with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in human resource management in the consumer products, giftware, electronics, robotics, lifestyle, luxury travel and publishing industries. Del’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Theory and Composition and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Coachella Valley chapter of Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA).
