Hello, I'm Meegan Villa, President of Proper Solutions. After graduating from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2002, I spent a several years in San Diego and then was offered the position of Operations Manager of Proper Solutions in 2005. In 2012, I took over ownership of the company. Proper Solutions has worked with thousands of job seekers to help them find temporary or long-term employment. Helping people and companies come together is what I love to do. In my free time I enjoy giving back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Family YMCA of the Desert, World Affairs Council of the Desert, the Galilee Center and as a Past President of the Palm Desert Rotary Club.
