About Us

RAP was created in 1992 by an agreement between the County of Riverside & the City of Palm Desert to address unmet needs in Health, Mental Health & Juvenile Intervention in Eastern Riverside County.

NPO Centric is the capacity-building program of the RAP Foundation. Our mission: To be a catalyst for fostering growth and empowering nonprofit organizations to thrive and reach their full potential.
